By accessing or using SayQuote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SayQuote is a voice-first quoting application designed for contractors and service professionals. The Service allows users to create, manage, and send quotes to customers using voice input and AI-powered extraction.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Subscription and Payments

SayQuote offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SayQuote. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal if you have not used the Service during that billing period.
• Lifetime deals: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have created fewer than 5 quotes.
• How to request: Contact us at support@sayquote.app with your account email and reason for refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SayQuote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours - we do not claim ownership of quotes or data you create.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SayQuote, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
