• Deepgram: Voice-to-text transcription
• Anthropic (Claude): AI processing to extract quote data from transcriptions
• Resend: Email delivery
• ClickSend: SMS delivery
• Neon: Database hosting
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Stripe: Payment processing

These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Voice Recording Processing

When you submit a voice recording:

• The audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription
• The transcription is processed by Claude AI to extract structured quote data
• Audio files are not permanently stored - they are processed and deleted
• Transcriptions may be temporarily stored for processing but are not used for AI training

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Quotes: Retained until you delete them or close your account
• Voice recordings: Deleted immediately after processing
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Secure authentication methods
